Baytown Texas Lubricant Recycling & Terminalling Facility

Our UMO recycling facility is currently in an extended turnaround to expand its nameplate capacity to 4,500 BPD. The facility, scheduled to startup in 2023, will include state-of-the-art hydrotreaters to produce group II+ base oils.

Once completed, the plant will be a sophisticated UMO upgrading and hydrotreatment system producing base oils, low-sulfur fuel, vacuum gas oil (VGO) and vacuum tower asphalt extender (VTAE). The facility will be co-located with a barge dock and terminal. The barge dock will be capable of loading and unloading 30,000 BBL barges with access to the Houston ship channel. The terminal facility will have approximately 155,000 BBL of storage capacity.
